Try this 1 minute breathing meditation to activate your vagus nerve and jumpstart your anti-stress response for a quick stress relief before a performance or if you are suddenly feeling overwhelmed and you will feel more settled and calm by spending just 1 minute focused on your breathing with this quick relaxation techniques.

▶️ Here’s how it works: using Diaphragmatic breathing, or “belly breathing

  • Breathing through the nose

  • Breath into the Diagram to a count of 5

  • Breathing out drawing in the belly to a count of 7

  • Repeat the cycle.
