This Audio is the Day 0: Introduction to Releasing Negative Thoughts and in this series you're going to discover how to release negative thoughts, and fill your mind with a few positive thoughts as we move through a different mediation each day.

Day 1: Releasing Negative Thoughts Guided Meditation

In Day One I'll be guiding you through a meditation to release negative thoughts and replace them with some positive thoughts that empower who you are, and if you’re following this series in order, the release negative thoughts theme will be the first day in the series.

Day 2: Affirmations to Release Negative Thoughts through Meditation

On Day Two we will explore the power of affirmations as you meditate

Day 3: Breath Technique to Release Negative Thoughts through Meditation

Then in Day Three we discover a new breath technique that you can use in your meditation and throughout your today.

Day 4: Mudra to Release Negative Thoughts through Meditation

And Day Four is about tapping into the power of the Mudra, and if you're not familiar with Mudras. A mudra is a symbolic or ritual gesture in Hinduism, Buddhism and it may surprise you that Mudras can even be found in Judaism and while some mudras involve the entire body, the mudra we will be focused on is performed with the hands and fingers. This mudra works much like acupuncture or acupressure to balance your energies in such a way as to help and support your sense of calm throughout the day.

Day 5: Gratitude Meditation to Release Negative Emotions

In Day Five we will do a chakra meditation and in this we will be exploring the transfer of energy from the emotional center which is the solar plexus chakra into the fourth chakra which is your powerful heart chakra.

Day 6: Meditation for Releasing Toxic People

Day Six is a special day, where we meditate for releasing toxic people and staying authentic and this is important because removing yourself from toxic situations and toxic people is a fundamental process in creating change in your life.

Day 7: Guided Walking Meditation and Becoming a Better Person type of meditate each day in this series.

And Day Seven you'll begin with a walking meditation to get yourself out into nature.
