What is the idea of dualism? What is the dualistic view of a human person?
Hello, and welcome to the Ancient wisdom modern mind podcast and today would like to share with you the idea of Infinite Duality and dualism philosophy!
The term ‘dualism’ has a variety of uses in the history of thought. In general, the idea is that there are two fundamental kinds or categories of things or principles. A ‘Dualist’ is someone who believes that there are more or less equal forces in the world.
Dualists in the philosophy of mind emphasize the radical difference between mind and matter. They all deny that the mind is the same as the brain, and some deny that the mind is wholly a product of the brain. A wide range of arguments for and against the various dualistic options are discussed.
So, in the concept of Infinite Duality I will bring together five different concepts as evidence for why Humanity is Bound by Dualistic Awareness and these are;
The Five Elements theory of ancient philosophy,
The Philosophy of Dualism.
The Five Platonic Solids of Geometry,
The Penrose Pattern of mathematics,
and the Light Wave Particle Duality of Probability in Quantum Mechanics.
